A tract of land being more commonly known as Lots 1-4, Block 10, Belair Addition, Unit Six, an addition to the city
of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said Belair Addition, Unit Six, being out of Block 9, Denton County School
Lands, League 1, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in the east line of the Fort Worth and Denver Railroad right-of-way
line, said iron rod bears North 89' 56' 00" East 48.13 feet from the northwest corner of said Block 9, Denton County
School Lands, League 1, said iron rod being the northwest corner of said Lot 2, Block 10, Belair Addition, Unit Six,
said iron rod being the northwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along the north line of said Lots 1 and 2, Block 10, North 89' 56' 00" East 223.57 feet to a 1/2 inch
iron rod being the northeast corner of said Lot 1, and also being the northeast corner of this tract;
Thence along the east line of said Lot 1, Block 10, South DO' 04' 00" East 130.00 feet to a 112 inch iron rod
lying in the north right-of-way line of Big Bend Drive, said iron rod being the southeast corner of said Lot 1, and
also being the most easterly southeast corner of this tract;
Thence along said north right-of-way line of Big Bend Drive, South 89' 56' 00" West 6.12 feet to a 112 inch
iron rod being the point of intersection of said north right-of-way line of Big Bend Drive, and the right-of-way
line of a cul-de-sac on Alexandria Street;
Thence along said right-of-way line of a cul-de-sac on Alexandria Street, and along a 114.592 degree curve to
the left, having a radius of 50.00 feet, and a central angle of 189' 25' 33", a total arc distance of 165.31 feet
to a 1/2 inch iron rod being a point of intersection of said right-of-way line of a cul-de-sac and the west right-
of-way line of Alexandria Street;
Thence along said west right-of-way line of Alexandria Street, and along a 7.916 degree curve to the left,
having a radius of 723.80 feet, and a central angle of 01' 03' 05", a total arc distance of 13.28 feet to a 112 inch
iron rod being the southeast corner of said Lot 4, Block 10, and also being the most southerly southeast corner of
this tract;
Thence leaving said west right-of-way line of Alexandria Street, South 89' 56' 00" West 152.41 feet to a 112
inch iron rod lying in said east line of the Fort Worth and Denver Railroad right-of-way, said iron rod being the
southwest corner of said Lot 4, Block 10, and also being the southwest corner of this tract;
Thence along said east line of the Fort Worth and Denver Railroad right-of-way, and along the west line of said
Lots 3 and 4, Block 10, North 04' 39' 35" East 200.68 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.88 acre of
land, more or less.
