THENCE S 87' 02' E 136.32 feet along a fence to a Im. inch iron rod set for the Northeast

THENCE S 000 05, 36" E 65.95 feet to a 3/8 inch iron rod found for the Southeast corner

THENCE N 880 42' W 66.99 feet along the North line of Lot 1 to a '� inch iron rod set for
the Northwest corner of Lot 1;
THENCE S 050 16' W 135.30 feet along the West line of Lot 1 to a 3/8 inch iron rod found
on the North line of Loop 370 for the Southeast corner of Lot 2;
THENCE N 790 24' W 80.0 feet along the North line of Loop 370 to the Place of Beginning
and containing 0.45 Acre of land. The bearings in these Field Notes are based on the
