Whereas A. E. Saikowski is the Owner of a certain tract of land out
of Day Land and Cattle Company Survey No. 1, Abst. 619, Wichita County,
Texas described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North line of Estes Addition Second Secti
to Wichita Falls, Texas and 312.8 feet West and 304.3 feet North of the
Southeast corner of Day Land and Cattle Company Survey No. 1, Abst. 619,
Wichita County, Texas;
THENCE S 88*40' W crossing drainage easement 600.0 feet to a point in
the East line of City Aqueduct;
THENCE along the curve of the East line of said aqueduct as follows:
N 19'57' E, 100.0 feet to a point;
N 30400' E, 100.0 feet to a point;
N 43426' E, 165.5 feet to the point of intersection of said East
line of said aqueduct with the North line of the tract herewith described;
THENCE N 87.48' E, 401.3 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 21 of Estes
Addition Third Section;
THENCE South along the West lines of Lots 21 and 22 of said Estes Addition
Third Section 301.8 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.6
acres of land more or less.
Now, therefore, the Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name
is subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent
hereby dedicates to the public use forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places shown for the purpose
and consideration therein expressed.
