whereas Grant Adkins is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated
in the Day Land and Cattle Co. Survey, No. 1, Abstract 619, Wichita County,
Texas, described as follows;
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 20, Estes Addition to the
City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said corner being
N. 89°-02' W, 212.8 feet, and N. 01°-40' E, 304.3 feet from the
Southeast corner of Day Land and Cattle Co. Survey No. 1, Abstract
619, Wichita County, Texas;
THENCE S. 89°-02' W with the North line of Block 20, 100.0 feet to
a point;
THENCE N. OV-40 W, 301.83 feet -.o a point;
THENCE S. 890fo' E ,100 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of
said Estes Addition;
THENCE S. O1°-40' E, with the West line of lo.s 2 and 4 of said Estes
Addition , 302.65 feet to the place of beginning and containing.0694
acres.
Now therefore know all men by :here presents that 1. Grant Adkins do
adopt this plat designating the hereinabove described property as
Estes Addition, Third Section, an addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, and 1 do hereby dedicate to the public use forever
the streets and easements shown thereon.
