Whereas I, A. C. Estes Jr. am the owner of a certain
tract of land out of the DAf LANE AND CATTLE COMPANY SURVEY
NO. 1, Abstract No. 619, Wichita County, Texas, containing
4.73 acres and described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at a point in the South line of the DAY LAND
AND CATTLE COMPANY SURVEY NO. 10 N 88.451W 212.t feet from
its Southeast corner for the Southeast corner of this tract,
said point being the Southwest corner of the ESTES ADDITION;
THENCE N 88.45'W with the South line of said DAY LAND AND
CATTLE COMPANY SURVEY 670,17 feet to a 1/2 inch iron --rod
for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 05.24tE 291.9 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod at the
beginning of a curve to the right;
THENCE in a Northerly direction following a curve to the right
with a radius of 49407 feet a distance of 20.71 feet to a
1/2 inch iron rod for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 88.451E 651-32 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod in the
West line of the ESTES ADDITION for the Northeast corner of
this tract;
THENCE S 01.571W with the West line of said ESTES ADDITION
311.80 feet to the place of beginning and containing 4.73 acres
of land.
The metes and bounds description includes Lots 9 thru 20 of the
ESTES ADDITION, "Second Section".
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That, I, A, C. Estes, Jr., do hereby adopt this PLAT
designating the hereinabove described tract as the ESTES ADDITION,
"Second Section", and I do hereby dedicate to the Public use
forever, the streets and/or easements shown thereon.
