OWNERS CERTIFICATE
STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF WICHITA:
Whereas I, A. C. Estes, Jr., am the owner of a certain
tract of land out of the DAY LAND AND CATTLE COMPANY SURVEY
NO. 1, Abstract No. 619, Wichita County, Texas, containing
2.79 acres and described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a fence corner in the West line of Taft
Street 12.8 feet West of the Southeast corner of the DAY
LAND AND CATTLE COMPANY SURVEY NO. 1, Abstract No. 619, for
the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890021W along a fence line 200.0 feet to a
1/2 inch iron rod set in fence line for the Southwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 01.401E parallel with the West line of Taft
Street 606.95 feet to a 1/2 ihch iron rod set in fence line
for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89°301E along a fence line 200.0 feet to a
fence corner in the West line of Taft Street for the North-
east corner of this tract;
THENCE S 01'401W along a fence line on the West line
of Taft Street 608.6 feet to the place of beginning and
containing 2.79 acres of land.
Now therefore know all men by these presents that I,
A. C. Estes, Jr., do adopt this plat designating the here-
inabove described property as Estes Addition, and I do
hereby dedicate to the Public use forever, the streets and
easements shown above.
