WHEREAS, Wichita Falls Savings Association is the Owner of a tract of land out of B. F. Lindsey
Survey, A-534, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of the B. F. Lindsey Survey, Abst. No. 534, 940.0 feet West of
its Northeast corner, said point being also 305.0 feet West of the Northwest corner of East Eden Hills,
Section A-1, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West with the North line of said Lindsey Survey 335.0 feet to a point for the Northwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE South 550.0 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE S 14050' E 283.8 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE S 12044' W 175.2 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 65012' E 10.0 feet to a point for corner, said point being, the Northwest corner of East Eden
Hills, Section D; and being also the beginning of a curve to the right;
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction along the North line of said Section D following said curve to
the right with a radius of 1630.0 feet and a central angle of 10*33' for a distance of 300.1 feet
to the end of said curve;
THENCE S 54039' E 17.4 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of said Section D and the Southeast
corner of this tract, said point being in the West line of Section B;
THENCE N 29°14' E with the West line of Section B a distance of 79.8 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE N 04°46' E with the West line of Section B a distance of 18.67 feet to the Northwest corner
of Section B;
THENCE N 15°15' E a distance of 55.1 feet to a point for corner;
TIIENCE North 280.0 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE N 08015' 1.1 2C0.3 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 480.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 8.20 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and oublic places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
