KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Eden Hills Land
Development Company, a Texas corporation, the owner of a tract
of land out of the B.F. Lindsey Survey, Abstract 534, Wichita
County, Texas, more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in th, north R.O.W. line of
the Sheppard Air Force Base Spur Railroad track, point
being the southwest corner of East Eden Hills,Section B;
THENCE N. 0°-17' W. along the west boundary of said
Section B a distance of 143.6 feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE N. 90-42' W. continuing along the west boundary
of said Section B a distance of 51.85 feet to a point for
a corner;
THENCE N. 4'-20' E. continuing along the west boundary
of said Section B a distance of 121.02 feet to a point for
a corner;
THENCE S. 630-12' W. a distance of 72 feet to a point
for a corner;
THENCE S. 60-59' W. a distance of 80 feet to a point
on a curve which bears to the right and has a radius of

does hereby adopt the plat shown hereon for subdividing same to
be known as EAST EDEN HILLS, SECTION C, an addition to the City
of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and does hereby dedi-
cate to the public forever the streets, alleys, and utility
easements shown thereon, subject to the restriction that no
improvements shall be erected upon either lot so that any portion
of the main building structure shall be nearer the street boundary
line than as called on the plat.
