WHEREAS Robert M. Puckett is the owner of a tract of land out of the B.F. Lindsey Survey,
Abstract No. 534, Wichita County, Texas, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of East Eden Hills, Section A-6, as recorded in Volume 23,
Pages 200 and 201 of the Wichita County Plat Records, said corner being on the North line of
said B.F. Lindsey Survey 1565.0 feet West of its Northeast corner;
THENCE South with the West line of said Section A-6, at 45.0 feet crossing the South line of
Puckett Road and continuing on the same course, in all, a distance of 484.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE West 160.04 feet to a point;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with a curve to the left having a radius of 175.0 feet and a
central angle of 04' 35', an arc distance of 14.0 feet to the Southeast corner of the Eden
Hills Baptist Church tract;
THENCE N 01' 56' W with the East line of said Eden Hills Baptist Church tract 425.25 feet to a
point in the South line of said Puckett Road;
THENCE North 45.0 feet to a point in the North line of said B.F. Lindsey Survey;
THENCE East with said North line 174.30 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.86 acre
of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
