THENCE S 14050' E 283.80 feet to an angle point of said Section A-4;
THENCE S 12044' W 175.2 feet to the North line of Fairfax Avenue;
THENCE S 65012' E with the North line of Fairfax Avenue 10.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 25050' W 145.0 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 65012' W 320.89 feet to an iron rod for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 24048' E 70.80 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE in Northwesterly iirection with a curve to the left having a radius of 640.0 feet and a central angle of 01°45' an arc distance oT 19.55 feet;
THENCE N 10057' E 60.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE North 867.92 feet to a point in the North line of said B. F. Lindsey Survey for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East with the tJorth line of said B. F. Lindsey Survey 290.0 feet to the Dlace of beginning and containing
7.62 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through a
duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public foever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains,
easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
