Whereas James R. Seitz, Jr. and Realty Investment Company are the.Owners of to certain tract
of land situated in the Cyrus Eakman Survey, Abst. 450, Wichita County, Texas described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the South corner of Section 1, Newcomb Downs, an addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, from which the Southeast corner of the Cyrus Eakman Survey,
Abst. 450, bears East, 2165.0 feet and South, 247.3 feet;
THENCE S 64--23' W, 229.0 feet to a $ inch iron rod for corner;
THENCE N 62--06' W, 393.6 feet to a � inch iron rod for corner;
THENCE N 53'-32' E, 395.0 feet to a # inch iron rod set for West corner of said
Section 1, Newcomb Downs;
THENCE S 36"-28' E. with the Southwest: line of said Section 1, Newcomb Downs, 398.1 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 2.637 acres.
