for the Southeast corner of a 1.14 acre tract deeded to the
Church of Good Shepherd of Wichita Falls, Texas by J.R. Seitz
et ux dated February 27, 1959 and recorded in Volume 760, Page
563, Geed Records of Wichita County.

367.7 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for its Ovest corner,

designating the hereinabove tract as described as NEWCOMB
DOWNS, SECTION ONE% an Addition to Wichita Falls, Texas,
and do hereby dedicate to the Public use forever, the streets
and/or easements shown thereon.
