ail of Lot 17, Block 29, Fountain Park, Section 5-8, an Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and being more
specifically described by metes and hounds as follows;
• Beginning at a 1/2' iron rod lying in a curve of the North right-0-way {ins of Wendovor Street, a dedicated street,
the bearing.of the tangent to the curve at said iron rod bears North 829 31' 50' East, said iron rod also being the
Southeast corner of said Lot 17, Block 29. for the most Easterly Southeast corner and Place of Beginning of this
description;
Thence in a Westerly direction along a 6.943 degree curve to the right for the said North right-of-way line of
Wendover Street, said'curve having a radius of 825.19 feet and a central angle of 05o 59' 26', a distance of 86.29
feet to ■ 1/2' iron rod in said curve for the Southwest corner of said Lot 17 and an Interior corner of this tract;
Thence South 010 28' 44' East, and leaving said North right-of-way line, 50.00 feet to a 1/2- iron rod in a curve
