ofWichitaFalls, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod lying in a curve of the East right-of-way line of Lombard Drive,
a dedicated street, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said iron rod bears South 190 53' 09"
East, said iron rod also being the Southwest corner of. said Lot 2, Block 30, for the Southwest
corner and Place of Beginning of this description;
Thence in a Northerly direction along a 14,898 degree curve to therightfor the said East
right-of-way line of Lombard Drive, said curve having a radius of 384.59 feet and a central angle
of 110 24' 29", a distance of 90.00 feet to a 112" iron rod in said curve for the Northwest corner
