Whereas Skyline Developers is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Block
40, Fountain Park, Section 3-B, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of lot 10-A, being 120.0 feet along a curve from
the intersection of the South right-of-way of Piccadilly Lane with the West right-of-way
of York Street;
THENCE S 28*44' W 120.0 to a point;
THENCE S 66041' W 64.5 feet to a point for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 56045' W at 42.2 pass the Southwest corner of lot 10 which is the Southeast
corner of Lot 9-A & continuing in all 127.2 feet to the Southwest corner of this tract
and of Lot 0:A;
THENCE N 24046' E 136.0 feet to the Northwest corner ofithis tract and of Lot 9-A
THENCE 60.8 feet along a curve to the left with a central angle of 53*41' and a
radius of 598.5 feet to a point;
THENCE S 70022' E at 14.2 feet pass the Northeast corner of Lot 9-A which is the
Northwest corner of Lot 10-A & continuing in all 100.0 feet to the beginning of a curve;
THENCE 16.9 feet along a curve to the right with a central angle of 23*59' and a
radius of 369.73 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.580 acres of land.
The owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements, and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
