Whereas Skyline Developers is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Fountain
Park, Second Supplement to Section 2-A, Block 12, An Addition to the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the original West Corner of Lot 17, Block 12 of Fountain Park, Section 2-A, Second
Supplement, also being the most Southern Corner of Lot. 16, Blk 12 in the East line of Radney Lane;
THENCE N 27°00' E, 154.6 feet to the beginning of a curve;
THENCE along said curve to the left, with a radius of 1199.09 feet, a distance of 5.4 feet
to a point;
THENCE N 63° E, 151.65 feet to a point;
THENCE S 25.03' E, 160 feet to a point;
THENCE S 63° W, 143.46 feet to the point of beginning and containing .499 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
