right-of-way line of Ridgemont Drive;
THENCE with the East line of Ridgemont Drive the following calls: in a Northwesterly direction with
a curve to the left having a radius of 465.15 feet and a central angle of 11' 25' 51", an arc distance
of 92.8 feet to the end of this curve; N 34' 30' W a distance of 171.4 feet to the beginning of a curve
to the right having a radius of 412.0 feet and a central angle of 180 12' 14"; in a Northwesterly
direction with said curve to the right an arc distance of 130.9 feet to the end of the curve;
N 16° 18' W a distance of 166.0 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 272.0
feet and a central angle of 44. 52, 04"; in a Northwesterly direction with said curve to the left an
arc distance of 213.0 feet to the end of the curve;
THENCE with the North and East lines of Lot 27-A, Block 3-B, as recorded in Volume 26, Pages 595 & 596,
Wichita County Plat Records, as follows: N 23° 30, E a distance of 14.2 feet; N 850 36, E a distance
of 464.0 feet; N 410 25' E a distance of 130.0 feet; N 85' 44' E a distance of 425.4 feet; S 14' 33,
E a distance of 120.0 feet; S 05° 13' W a distance of 507.5 feet to an iron rod in the East line of
Lot 25-A;
THENCE N 45. 03' 30" W a distance of 71.6 feet to an iron rod at the North corner of Lot 25-A, Block
3, Tanglewood, Section C-1;
THENCE S 62° 50' W a distance of 267.0 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Willowick Drive;
THENCE N 41. 50' W with the East line of Willowick Drive a distance of 70.0 feet;
THENCE S 480 10' W a distance of 33.0 feet;
THENCE S 41. 50' E a distance of 29.0 feet;
THENCE S 48. 10, W a distance of 46.0 feet;
THENCE S 41. 50' E a distance of 34.23 feet to a point in the North line of Lot 11-A;
THENCE S 64' 28' W with the North line of Lot 11-A a distance of 110.25 feet to the Northeast corner
of Lot 4;
THENCE S 680 44' W with the North line of Lot 4 a distance of 146.9 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 12.067 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
