to the right having a radius of 412.0 feet and a central angle of 18. 12, 14"; in a Northwesterly
direction with said curve to the right an arc distance of 130.9 feet to the end of the curve;
N 16. 18' W a distance of 166.0 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 272.0
feet and a central angle of 44. 52, 04"; in a Northwesterly direction with said curve to the left an
arc distance of 213.0 feet to the end of the curve;
THENCE leaving said right-of-way line and going N 23° 30, E a distance of 14.2 feet;
THENCE N 85. 36' E a distance of 464.0 feet to a point in the West line of Lot 35, Block 3, Tanglewood,
Section 1-C;
THENCE N 41. 25' E a distance of 130.0 feet to the North corner of said Lot 35;
THENCE N 85. 44' E with the North lines of Lots 34 and 33, Block 3, a distance of 425.4 feet to the
Northeast corner of said Lot 33;
THENCE S 14. 33' E a distance of 120.0 feet to the East corner of said Lot 33;
THENCE S 05. 13, W a distance of 523.8 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 26, Block 3;
THENCE S 450 52' E a distance of 98.0 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 26;

corner of Lot 25, said point being in the North line of Bluff View Circle, a curve to the left having

THENCE with the North line of Bluff View Circle as follows: in a Southwesterly direction with said
curve an arc distance of 20.9 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 50.0
feet; in a Southwesterly direction with said curve an arc distance of 36.2 feet to end of curve; and
N 81. 04' W 68.9 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 25, said point being in the East line of
Willowick Drive;
THENCE N 08. 56' E with the East line of Willowick Drive a distance of 20.0 feet to the beginning of
a curve to the left having a radius of 235.76 feet and a central angle of 50. 451;
THENCE in a Northerly direction with said curve an arc distance of 208.8 feet to end of said curve;
THENCE N 41. 50' W with said right-of-way line a distance of 10.0 feet;
THENCE crossing the right-of-way of Willowick Drive S 46. 12' W a distance of 50.0 feet to the North

of 650.84 feet and a central angle of 00.05';
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with the West right-of-way of Willowick Drive and said curve an
arc distance of 0.9 feet to end of curve;
THENCE S 41. 50' E a distance of 10.0 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius
of 185.76 feet and a central angle of 39. 49';
THENCE with said curve to the right an arc distance of 129.1 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot
11;
THENCE S 86. 45' W with the South line of Lot 11 a distance of 137.3 feet to the Southwest corner of
Lot 11;
THENCE N 30. 55' W with the West line of Lot 11, a distance of 85.0 feet to the Northwest corner of
said Lot 1.1 and the Southeast corner of Lot 5;
THENCE S 68. 44' W with the South line of Lot 5 a distance of 146.9 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 14.00 acres of land.
