WHEREAS, Martha Wanda Chambles is the owner of a tract out of Robert Evans
Survey, A-74, Wichita Falls, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the intersection of the East right-of-way of
Tanglewood Boulevard and the North right-of-way of Seymour Highway, said rod
also being the South corner of 6.973 acres conveyed to Gose Properties, Volume
1140, Page 106, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE N 441 22' W with said right-of-way of Tanglewood Boulevard, 135.0 feet
to an iron rod;
THENCE N 480 01' E, 227.0 feet to an iron rod for the North corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 440 20' E, 136.8 feet to an iron rod in the North right-of-way line
of Seymour Highway, a curve to the left having a radius of 5830 feet;
THENCE with said curved right-of-way, an arc distance of 227.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.704 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person, or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates
to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
