BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 8, Block 2, Tanglewood Section 1-A as recorded in Volume 8,
Page 101 of the Wichita County Plat Recrods;
THENCE N 23*30' E with the West line of said Block 2, 260.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner
of Lot 9, Block 2, Tanglewood Section 1-A;
THENCE S 51°04'30" E with the North line of said Lot 9, 249.5 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast
corner of said Lot 9;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with the East line of said Lot 9, being a curve to the left having
a radius of 186.9 feet and a central angle of 23*55', an arc length of 78.0 feet to the end of the curve;
THENCE S 14°15' W with the East line of said Block 2, 50.0 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right
having a radius of 276.65 feet and a central angle of 13°49';
THENCE with said curve to the right, an arc length of 66.67 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast corner
of said Lot 8;
THENCE N 66030'45" W with the South line of Lot 8, 248.4 feet to the place of beginning and containing
1.255 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
