COUNTY OF WICHITA
Whereas I, W. J. House, am the Owner of a certain tract of land out of Block 2,
League 2, Dedton County School Land, Abstract No. 57, Wichita County, Texas,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North right-of-way line of State FM Highway No. 369,
said point being 1683 feet East and 25.5 feet North of the Southwest corner of
Block 2, League 2, Denton County School Land, Abstract No. 57, Wichita County,
Texas;
Thence Northwesterly along a curve to the right with a radius of 1850.2 feet,
1022 feet to a point in the North line of said FM Highway No. 369;
Thence North 34°-42' East, 280 feet to a point on a curve;
Thence Northwesterly along a curve to the right with a radius of 1570.2 feet,
47.6 feet to a point;
Thence North 36°-21' East, 20 feet to a point on a curve;
Thence Southeasterly along a curve to the left, with a radius of 1550.2 feet,
900.9 feet to a point;
Thence South 0'-13' West, 300 feet to the place of beginning and containing 6.5
acres of land.
Now therefore know all men by these presents that I, W. J. House, do adopt
this plat, designating the hereinabove described property as Seymour Heights,
Section Two, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and I hereby
dedicate to the public use forever the Alleys, and Easements shown thereon.
Witness my hand at Wichita Falls, Texas, this the 29th day of August, A.D.
