WHEREAS we, DOT, INC. are the owners of a certain tract of land out of the
J. A. Scott Survey No. 8, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Colonial Park, Section B, an addition
to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas;
THENCE along the boundary of Colonial Park, Section B for four calls, the
first being S. 50 - 23' W. a distance of 148.6 feet;
THENCE to the right along an 8.166 degree curve which bears to the left for
a distance of 10 feet;
THENCE S. 50 - 23' W. a distance of 15e.6 feet;
THENCE to the right along a curve with central angle of 850 - 20' and radius
of 52.75 feet for a distance of 78.25 feet;
THENCE S. 890 - 17' E. a distance of 276.2 feet;
THENCE S. 630 - 55' E. a distance of 145.3 feet;
THENCE to the left along an 6.72 degree curve which bears to the left for a
distance of 23.5 feet;
THENCE S. 670 - 03' E. a distance of 131.3 feet;
THENCE N. 230 - 43' E. a distance of 131.2 feet;
THENCE N. 00 - 23' E. a distance of 325 feet;
THENCE N. 890 - 37' W. a distance of 500 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 5.1 acres of land more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT DOT, INC. does hereby adopt this plat, designating the hereon described
tract as COLONIAL PARK, SECTION Eel, and we do hereby dsdicate to the public use
forever, the streets, alleys, and utility easements shown thereon.
