WHEREAS I. C. B. Christie,Jr., am the owner of
a certain tract of land out of the J. A. Scott Survey No.
8, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin which is the northeast
corner of Lot 13, Block 10, Colonial Park, Section B, an
addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas:
THENCE N. 390 - 54' E. a distance of 265 feet
to an iron pin for a corner;
THENCE S. 410 - 58' E. a distance of 137.3 feet
to an iron pin for a corner, corner being in the west
boundary line of Weeks Park as established by the east
curved line of a tract deeded to C B. Christie, Jr. by
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas;
THENCE to the right along the west boundary of
Weeks Park which is along a curve, which bears to the
left and has a radius of 1694.91 feet, for a distance of
244 feet to the P. C. of said curve;
THENCE S. 310 - 05' W. continuing along the
west boundary of Weeks Park, which is the tangent to said
curve, for a distance of 5 feet to an iron pin for a cor-
ner;
THENCE N. 530 - 0' W. a distance of 155.6 feet
to a point in the east boundary line of Lot 13, Block 10,
Colonial Park, Section B;
THENCE N. 330 - 43' E. along the east boundary
line of said Lot 13 fora distance of 10 feet to the point
of beginning.
Containing 0.87 acres more or less,
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT I, C. B. CHRISTIE, JR., do hereby adopt
this plat, designating the hereon described tract as
Lots 19 and 20, Block 10, an addition to Colonial Park,
Section B, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and I
do hereby dedicate to the public use forever, the utility
easements shown thereon,
WITNESS my hand at Wichita Falls, Texas this
