WHEREAS we, Lots, Inc. are the owners of a certain tract of land out of the J. A. Scott Survey No. 8, Wichita County,
Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 2017.8 feet south of and 90 feet S. 890 - 37' E. of the northwest corner of said J. A.
Scott Survey No. 8,
THENCE south parallel to the west line of J. A. Scott Survey No, 6 a distance of 337.75 feet to the P. C.
of a curve which bears to the left and has a central angle of 128' - 52' and a radius of 25 feet;
THENCE to the left along this curve a distance of 56.2 feet to the P. T. of this curve;
THENCE N. 51' - 08' E. a distance of 216.59 feet to the P. C. of a curve which bears to the left and has
a central angle of 17' - 49' and a radius of 539 feet;
THENCE to the left along this curve a distance of 167.63 feet to the P. T. of this curve;
THENCE N. 33' - 19' E. a distance of 80.1 feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE N. 89' - 37' W. a distance of 400.25 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT LOTS, INC. does hereby adopt this plat, designating the hereon described tract as COLONIAL PARK, SECTION A-1
WICHITA FALLS, WICHITA COUNTY, TEXAS, and we do hereby dedicate to the public use forever, the easements shown thereon.
