WHEREAS we, DOT, INC. are the owners of a certain tract of land out of the J. A.
Scott Survey No. 8, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of Colonial Park, Section C, an addition to the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas; point of beginning also being the northwest corner of
Lot 21, Block 7, Colonial Park, Section C;
THENCE along the boundary of Colonial Park, Section C, and along the boundary
of Colonial Park, Section D, S. 750 - 11' E. a distance of 695 feet to the northeast
corner of Lot 12, Block 13, Colonial Park, Section D; corner also being a boundary
corner of Colonial Park, Section F-2;
THENCE along the boundary of Colonial Park, Section F-2, for the next four calls,
the first being N. 140 - 49' E. a distance of 300 feet to the P. C. of a curve which
bears to the right and has a central angle of 180 - 37' and a radius of 841.71 feet;
THENCE along said curve for a distance of 273.5 feet;
THENCE N. 330 - 36' E. a distance of 300 feet;
THENCE N. 230 - 43' E. a distance of 100 feet to a boundary corner of Colonial
Park, Section E-1;
7HE14CE along the boundary of Colonial Park, Section E-1, for the next three calls,
the first being N. 670 - 03' W. a distance of 131.3 feet to a point in the east boundary
of Barbados;
THENCE to the left along the boundary of Barbados, which is a 6.72 degree curve
which bears to the right, for a distance of 23.5 feet;
THENCE N. 630 - 55' W. for a distance of 145.3 feet;
THENCE along the boundaries of Colonial Park, Section E-1 and Colonial Park,
Section B, N. 890 - 17' W. for a distance of 508.9 feet to the P. C. of a curve that
bears to the left and has a central angle of 750 - 54' and a radius of 105.28 feet;
THENCE along the boundary of Colonial Park, Section B, for the next two calls,
the first being to the left along said curve for a distance of 139.43 feet;
THENCE S. 140 - 49' W. for a distance of 748 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 15.2 acres of land more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT DOT, INC. does hereby adopt this plat, designating the hereon described
tract as COLONIAL PARK, SECTION E-2, and we do hereby dedicate to the public use
forever, the streets, alleys, and utility easements shown the eon.
