of Block 33, Denton County School Land, League 1, Abstract No. 58, Wichita County, Texas;

plat designating the hereinabove described property as Meadow Lake Addition, Section A. an
Addition to the City of WiclAta Falls, Texas, and he does hereby dedicate to public use forever
the streets, easements, and alleys shown thereon. The Easement strip shown hereon, designated
for the use of the Texas Pipeline Company, shall remain open, unohstruct-Nd and unfenced.
