Beginning at a point of intersection of the South right-of-way line of North Shore
Drive and the West right-of-way line of Fairway Boulevard, said point bears South 00034'
East 1239.8 feet and West 45.0 feet from the Northeast corner of the above mentioned Block
33, Denton County School Lands, for the Northwest corner of this tract and place of
beginning of this description;
Thence along the South right-of-way line of the above mentioned North Shore Drive,

Section One, said point also being the Northwest corner of this tract;
