THENCE N 00' 03' E a distance of 272.34 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner

THENCE S 89' 35' E a distance of 68.10 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner
of Lot 2;
THENCE S 27' 34' E with the East line of Lot 2, a distance of 149.97 feet to an iron rod
found at the Southeast corner of Lot 2, in the West line of Celia Drive being a curve to the
left having a radius of 50.00 feet;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said curve to the left an arc distance of 42.44 feet
to an iron rod set at the end of curve (chord segment of this segment being S 24' 55' W
41.18);
THENCE South a distance of 120.70 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.73
Acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
