Lands, A-33, further identified as being Lots 8 & 9, Block 13, Loch
Lomond, Section 'D", Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East right-of-way line of Colleen
Drive, said point being the Southwest corner of. Lot 9. Block 13,
Loch Lomond Addition, Section 'D-, an addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, for the Southwest corner and the place of beginning of
the herein described tract;
Thence along the above mentioned East right-of-way line of
Colleen Drive North 000 18' West, 120 feet to the Northwest corner
of the above mentioned Lot 8 :
Thence leaving said right-of-way line. North 890 42' East
