described by metes and bounds as follsoe;
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 35, Block 13 of Loch Lomond Addition, Section 'D", an addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, said point lies in the East right-of-way line of Mc Cleed Drive, a dedicated Street, , and bears South
210 03' 45" East 1935.17 feet from the Northwest corner of the above mentioned Block µb, Cherokee County School Lands;
Thence South 880 16' East Kiang the South line of said lot 35, at 115.60 feet pass the Southeast corner of Said Lot 35,
sale point being in the West line of a 20 foot wide alley, continuing in all a distance of 135.00 feet to a point in the East
1 ia. of said 20 foot wide alley for the Southwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along the East and South lines of said 20 foot wide alley as follows: North 010 44' East 130.00 feet to a point
for corner; North 280 06' East 31.38 feet to a point in a curve for corner, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said
point bears Booth 500 03' 34" West; in a Northeasterly direction along 5.536 degree curve to the left, having a radius of
1035.00 feet and a central angle of 300 43', a distance of 554.87 feet to a point in said curve for corner, the bearing of
the tangent to the curve at said point bears North 270 20' 13" East; North 680 00' East 117.27 feet to a point for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 000 32' West 267.88 feet to a point for the most Easterly Southeast corner of this tract, said point being
in the North time of a 50 foot wide Texaco Pipeline Easement as recorded in Vol, 453, Page 577, Wichita County Deed Records;
Thence South 340 56' West 396.56 feet along said 50 foot wide Easement to a point for the most Southerly Southeast
