Beginning at s point in a curve of the South right-of-way line of Colleen Drive, a dedicated Street, said point being the
occupied Easterly corner of lot 32, Block 13, Loch Lomond Addition, Section 'D'. an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, for
the Westerly corner and place of beginning of the herein described tract; the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said point bears
South 56o 48' 10' West;
Thence along the above said South right-of-wey line of colleen Drive in a northeasterly direction along a 6.366 degree curve to
the left, having a radius of 900.00 feet, a distance of 406.23 feet to a point in said cur" for the moat northerly corner of this
