described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a Texas Highway Department Monument which lies in the East right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 281, said
monument bears South 810 02' 20' East 408.98 feet from the Northwest corner of the above mentioned 81 ock 7, Cherokee County School
Lends;
Thence North 080 06' East 7.55 feet to a point in the existing South right-of-way line of Hatton Road; thence South 680 25' East
along said existing South right-of-way line of Hatton Road a distance of 457.66 feet to the Northeast corner of the herein described
tract, said point being further identified as the point of intersection of the aforesaid South right-of-way line of Hatton Road and
the West right-of-way line of Bonny Drive, a dedicated street;
