by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Loch Lomond, Section A, as recorded
in Volume 8, Page 51, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being at the intersection of the South line of
Aberdeen. Drive and the West line of Dundee Drive;
THENCE S 06032' W with. the East line of Lot 1 and the West line of Dundee Drive a distance of 75.0 feet to
an iron rod at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1;
THENCE S 89' 42' W with the South line of Lot 1, at 106.7 feet pass the Southwest corner of lot 1, and
continuing on same course, in all a distance of 128.81 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Henry S. Grace
Freeway;
THENCE N 04' 29' E with the East line of Henry S. Grace Freeway a distance of 74.72 feet to an iron rod in
the South line of Aberdeen Drive;
THENCE N 89' 42' E with the South line of Aberdeen Drive, at 24.9 feet pass the Northwest corner of Lot 1,
and continuing on same course, in all a distance of 131.5 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.22 acre of land,
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, Parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
expressed.
