more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point of intersection of the east right -of May line of usnry S. Brace Freeway (U. S. Exprewwsay 281) and
the South right-of-way line of East .Hatton Road, said point bears South 81 02' East 409.0 feet from the Northwest corner of
the above mentioned Block 7, CherokeeCountySchool Lands, A-33;. for the place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said South right-of-way line of East Hatton Read, South 880 25' East 157.34 feet to a point for the Northeast
corner of this tract;
