WHEREAS WE, the Hawk Eye Development Go, Inc. , are the owners
of a certain Cract of land out of Block 44, Cherokee County School Lands, Wichita
County, Texts, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the boundary line of LOCH LOMOND SECTION "C",
point being the intersection of the south line of Glasgow Drive and the east
line of Fanny Drive, and being 1075 feet south 0°-20' east of and 185 feet
north 890-40' east of the northwest cornei of said Block 44;
THENCE along the boundary line of Loch Lomond Section 'ICII for the
next six (6) courses, the first being north 890-40' east 114.3 feet to the P. C.
of a curie with central angle of 890-581 and a radius of 300 feet;
THENCE to the left along this curve a distance of 471.07 feet;
THENCEr` 01-18' west 69.55 feet to the P. C. of a curve with a
central angle o JO'and a radius of 525 feet;
T;iEN the right along this curve a distance of 824.7 feet;
T1iENR� -th 890-471 east 24.5 feet;

THENCE north 890-42' east 175 feet to the most easterly southeast
corner of Loch Lomond Section IICII;

THENCE south 680-02' west 116.2 feet to the P. C. of a curve with a
central angle of 30°-46' and a radius of 1035 feet and with bearings of its
tangents being south 270- 19' west and south 580-05' west;
MIENCE left along this curve which bears to right a distance of
555.8 feet;

T'IENCE north 880-161 west 502.7 feet to the P. C. of a curve with
central angle of 300-54' and a radius of 453.4 feet;
THENCE to the right along this curve a distance of 135. 3 feet to the
most southern southeast corner of Loch Lomond Section IIC'I;
T13ENCE north 00-20' west 696.8 feet along the boundary line of said
Section IICII to the point of beginning.
We do hereby reserve the easement strips shown hereon for the mutual
use and accommodation of all public utilities desiring to use same.

public use forever, the streets, alleys, and easements shown thereon.
