Wichita Falls, Texas and being more specifics]ly described by mates and bounds as
follows:
Beginning at a point within said T. Curry Survey, A-344, said point beilig the
most Northerly corner of Lot 31,-A, Replat of Lots 30-32, Block 5. Lincoln Heights,
Section Two, said point beers South 000 08' East 1864.0 feet and South 450 02' East
302.0 feet and South 440 08' West 135.00 feet from an all corner of the said T.
Curry Survey and the Northeast corner of the R. Brown Survey, A-522 for the most
Westerly corner and Place of Beginning of the herein described tract;
Thence South 450 52' East 129.88 feet to a point in the West line of Kakherine
Drive for the most Southerly corner of this tract;
Thence Northeasterly along the West line of Katherine Drive as follows: North
