Whereas James V. Gatlin Construction Co. Inc., 1801 Austin Street, Wichita Falls, Texas, is
the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in the R. Brown Survey, A-522 and in Block 7 of
Lincoln Heights, Section Two, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, described as follows
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 28, Block 7, Lincoln Heights, Section Two, at a point
S 00019' W 95.0 feet and S 89*59' E 20.0 feet from the Northwest corner of the R. Brown Survey A-522:
THENCE S 89°59' E along the South line of Lot 28, 120.0 feet to a point in the West right-of-way
of Hooper Drive;
THENCE S 00°01' W with the West right-of-way of Hooper Drive 75.0 feet to the beginning of a curve
to the left;
THENCE Southeasterly along said curve which has a radius of 324.0 feet and a central angle of
46°05', a distance of 225.58 feet (short chord-S 17°57' E 220.88 feet) to a point which is the
Northeast corner of Lot 23, Block 7;
THENCE S 48*26' W with the North line of Lot 23, 141.8 feet to a point on the Easterly line of
a 20 foot alley;
THENCE N 45052' W with said alley line 110.0 feet to an angle therein;
THENCE N 29050' W 23.8 feet to a point;
THENCE N 00°19' E with the East line of said alley 279.5 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 1.115 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alley
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and con-
siduraLion therein expressed.
