The owner hereby dedicates to Texas Electric Service Company, Lone Star Gas Company, and Southwestern Bell Telephone Company,
an sesement for the purpose of constructing, inspecting, maintaining, or removing necessary
and desirable distribution systems along, under, over, across, and/or upon `LINCOLN HEIGHTS
SECTION 4'. and the easement hereby granted shall apply to the actual location of the dis-
tribution systems when and where constructed, and said distribution systems shall be and
will remain the property of the above mentioned utility companies, and any changes in
locations after permanent installation of the systems shall beat the owner s expense.
The owner reserves the right to use the surface of the easement for any use that will not,
in the sole judgement of the uti l ity''companies, endanger or interfere with the construction,
reconstruction, operation, and/or maintenance of the distribution systems; but the owner
agrees that no buildings or other obstructions will be placed on the easement.
The owner futhermore grants unto the utility companies, the right, at the utility company's
option, to abandon, either in whole or in part, their distribution system, and/or leave their
system in place, and/or move their system, either in whole or in part, at which time their
services are no longer required.
