Whereas I, Rama C. Stanford, President, Lincoln Enterprises, Inc., am the Owner of a certain tract
of land out of Thomas Curry Survey, Abstract No. 344, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 5388.3 feet North and 455.0 feet East from the Southwest corner of said Thomas
Curry Survey, Abstract No. 344, Wichita County, Texas;
Thence South 25.0 feet to a point;
Thence S 100-14'W 55.0 feet to a point on a curve;
Thence along said curve with a radius of 699.8 feet, 399.0 feet to a point;
Thence N 83°-12'E 14C.0 feet to a point;
Thence S 07°-38'E 175.0 feet to a point;
Thence Southwesterly along a curve with a radius of 608.4 feet, 132.5 feet to the end of said
curve;
Thence S 46°-13'E 50.0 feet to a point;
Thence along a curve with the radius of 558.4 feet and an angle of 429-26' 413.4 feet to the end
of said curve;
Thence N 860-13'E 232.0 feet to a point;
Thence Northerly along a curve to the right with a radius of 662.8 feet, 447.3 feet to the end of
said curve and beginning of a curve to the left;
Thence with said curve whose radius is 226.1 feet and an angle of 28°-36' 112.8 feet to the end of
said curve;

Thence West 723.3 feet to the place of beginning and containing 10.0 Acres of land more or less.
Now therefore know all men by these presents that I, Rama C. Stanford, President, Lincoln
Enterprises, Inc., do adopt this plat, designating the hereinabove described property as Lincoln Heights,
an Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and I hereby dedicate to the Public use forever the
Streets, Alleys, and Easements shown thereon.
