THENCE N 870 48' W 120.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot F;
THENCE in a Southerly direction with the East line of a 15.0 foot wide alley being a curve to the
left having a radius of 976.68 feet and a central angle of 33' 39' 45", an arc distance of
548.60 feet to the end of the curve;
THENCE S 29° 59' E with the East line of said alley 60.68 feet to the Southwest corner of lot IA,
Block 37, Lynwood West Section 2;
THENCE N 600 01' E 120.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.585 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
