WHEREAS, Lynwood Venture is the owner of a tract of land out of the Thomas Hardy Survey, A-367, Wichita County, Texas
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southern intersection of the Ilest line of loop 11 with the East line of the David Welch Survey A-324, Wichita
County, said Beginning point being 1782.8 feet South of its Northeast corner and also being on the centerline of North Beverly
Drive;
THENCE with the center of North Beverly Drive and Eastline of David Welch Survey, N on* 031 VI 1147.9 feet to the beginning
of a curve to the left having a radius of 763.95 feet;
THENCE Northerly with said curve to the left for an arc distance of 178.5 feet to the West line of Loop 11, a point on
curve whose center bears S 62' 19 49' W 1367.39 feet;
THENCE Southeasterly with West Right -of -Way line of Loop 11, and with a curve to the right having a radius of 13E7.39 feet,
for an arc distance of 658.8 feet to end of curve;
THENCE S 000 03' E 98.65 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 1367.39 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly with West Right -of -Way line of Loop 11, and with said curve to the right for an arc distance of 612.7
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2,80 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized
agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements, and
public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
