BEGINNING at a 5/8-inch iron rod found on the east right-of-way line of Loop 11, a dedicated state highway
right-of-way, being the northwest corner of said Block 2 and the southwest comer of Lot 2, Block 3, Lynwood
West - Section III, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as shown on that certain map or plat thereof
recorded in Volume 26, Pages 171 & 172, Wichita County Plat Records, for the northwest corner and POINT
OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE EAST 446.16 feet along the north line of said Block 2 and the south line of said Lot 2 to a 1/2-inch
iron rod found on the west line of that certain 11.785-acre tract described in deed to HFSJ Water Services,
