THENCE S 60' 01' W, a distance of 120.0 feet to an iron rod, the South corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 290 59' W, a distance of 124.0 feet to an iron rod, the West corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 60' 01' E, a distance of 120.0 feet to an iron rod in the West right-of-way
of Adrian Avenue, the North corner of this tract;
THENCE S 290 59' E, along said right-of-way, a distance of 1.24.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.342 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person, or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, ease-
