T14ENCE S 730 57' 00" E along the South Right -of -Way line of Northwest Freeway 548.61 feet to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 000 06' 00" W 738.51 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 54' 00" W 539.53 feet to an iron rod in.the East Right -of -Way line of Loop 11 for the Southwest corner of this tract, said point
being on a curve to the left at which point the tangent of said curve bears N 19°'13' 18" W; .
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction along the East Riaht-of-Way line of Loop 11-followina said curve to the left with a radius of 1497.4n feet
and a central angle of 15' 18' 20" for an arc distance of 4nn.n feet, the Long Chord of said curve bears N 26' 52' 28" W 398.82 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 15.22 acres of land.
