continuing, in all, 135.0 feet to the West line of Lynwood Nest, Section 2;
THENCE N 030 40' E along said West line of Lynwood•West, 212.46feet to the Northwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE S 730 57' E at 15.36 feet passing the Northwest corner of said Lot A and continuing
along North line of Lot 4,in all, 138.22 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.612
acres of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, and public places thereon shown for the
