BEGINNING at an iron rod at the East corner of Lot 2, Block 47, Lynwood West, Section Two, as recorded
in Vol. 9, Page 37, Wichita County Plat Records, said corner also being in the Northwest Right -of -Way
of Tampico Drive;
THENCE S 460 30' 20" W along said Right -of -Way 232.17 feet to the beginning of a curve to the Right;
THENCE along said curve having a radius of 225.69 feet for an arc distance of 92.42 feet to an iron
rod, said rod being at the Southwest corner of Lot 6;
THENCE N 190 44' 20" W along West line of Lot 6, 132.15 feet to an iron rod, said rod being in a
curve to the left whose center bears N 21° 07' 58" W;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve having a radius of 261.27 feet for a distance of 101.97 feet
to an iron rod;
THENCE N 460 30' 20" E 169.29 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 2;
THENCE along East line of Lot 2, S 430 29' 31" E 120.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.839 acre of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consider-
ation therein expressed.
