THENCE S 00' 01. 56" W with the West Line of Old Jacksboro Highway, a
distance of 272.33 feet to an "X" in concrete found at the Northeast corner of
a tract conveyed to HDS Properties of Volume 1506, Page 158, Official Public
Records of Wichita County, for an angle corner in the North line of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 10' 34" W with the West line of Old Jacksboro Highway and the
East line of said HDS Properties tract, at 47.62 feet pass an "X" in concrete
found at the Southeast corner of said Unit One, and continuing on some
course, in all a distance of 498.04 feet to an iron rod found at the intersection
of the West line of Old Jacksboro Highway with the North line of Glendale Drive,
said iron rod being the Southeast corner of said HDS Properties, Inc. tract, for
the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 48' 22" W with the North line of Glendale Drive and the South
line of said HDS Properties, Inc. tract, a distance of 341.03 feet to a Mag nail
set at the intesection of the North line of Glendale Drive and the East line of a
dedicated 20 foot alley, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 14' 28" E with the East line of said 20 foot alley and the West
line of said HDS Properties, Inc. tract, at 500.41 feet pass an iron rod found at
the Northwest corner of HDS Properties, Inc. tract said rod being the Northwest
corner of Lot 4A, Unit Two and the Southwest corner of Lot 1A, Unit One, and
continuing on same course, in all a distance of 769.95 feet to an "X" in
concrete found at the intersection of the East line of said 20 foot alley and
the South line of South Winds Drive, said rod being the Northwest corner of
South Winds Shopping Center, and the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 44' 00" E with the South line of South Winds Drive and the
North line of South Winds Shopping Center, a distance of 339.47 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 6.02 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names
are subscribed thereon and in persons or through a duly authorized agents,
hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes
