WHEREAS, Mac Properties is the owner of a tract of land out of Block 2, Kemp
and Newby Subdivision of Cherokee County School Lands, Wichita Falls, Texas and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Unit One, South Winds Shopping, Center
according to plat recorded in Volume 12, Page 34, Wichita County Plat Records,
said point being In the West line of Old Jacksboro Highway;
THENCE with the West line of Old Jacksboro Highway S 000 40' 30" W 450.5 feet
to an iron rod at the intersection of the West line of Old Jacksboro Highway and
the North line of Glendale Drive;
THENCE with the North line of Glendale Drive, N 890 40' W 351.0 feet .to an iron
rod in the East line of a 10 foot alley;
THENCE with the East line of said alley, N 000 45' E 449.9 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 890 45' E at 10.0 feet passing an iron rod, the Southwest corner of said
Unit One, continuing, S 890 45' E with the South line of Unit One, in all a distance
of 350.5 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.625 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
