East of its Southwest Corner, same being the Northwest Corner of a 2 acre tract conveyed to Wallace
Jeffress by deed recorded at Vol. 699 Page 467, Wichita County Deed Records:
THENCE SLIV45'E with South Line of Sunset Terrace Sections 2 and 3 for 525.5 feet to an iron rod in North
Right—of—way of North Side Irrigation Canal;
THENCE with North Line of canal, S56010'W 465.0 feet to iron rod, the beginning of a curve to the right
of radius 221.7 feet;
THENCE following said curve to the right for an arc length of 146.5 feet to iron rod at Southwest Corner
of Jeffress 2 acre tract;
THENCE N0003'E 299,3 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 2.076 acres of land,
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for he purposes a onsiderations
therein expressed.
