Falls, Wichita County, Texas and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Lot 22, Block 29, Sunset Terrace,
Section 3 as shown on the Plat of Record in Volume 8, Page 105, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with a curve to the Left in the West line of Phoenix Drive having
a Radius of 1083.43 feet, a Central Angle of 7° 53' 59", an Arc Length of 149.37 feet, the Chord bears
S 07° 58' E 149.26feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod found at the end of the curve;
THENCE S 11 ° 55' E 21.8 feet along the West line of Phoenix Drive to a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the
North line of Clovis Drive;
THENCE S 78° 05' W 55.0 feet along the North line of Clovis Drive to a 1/2 inch iron rod set at the
beginning of a curve to the Right;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with the curve to the right having a Radius of 456.10 feet, a
Central Angle of 110 52' 16", an Arc Length 94.50 feet, the Chord bears S 840 01' 08" W 94.33 feet to a
point 0.2 foot West of a 3/8 inch iron rod found;
THENCE N 00° 03' W 132.0 feet along the West lines of Lot 21 and 22 to a 1/2 inch iron rod set at the
Northwest corner of Lot 22;
THENCE N 86° 07' E 122.88 feet along the North line of Lot 22 to the Place of Beginning.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all
streets alleys, parks, water, water courses, drains, easements and public places shown thereon for
